Natacha Sittner (GMS) is a Talent Mobility thought leader in building end-to-end global mobility programs which drives employee experience, and aligns with business’ talent strategy and company culture. Natacha held mobility leadership roles at LinkedIn and Netflix where she had the opportunity to to be part of the company’s strategy to expand globally and hire the best talent for the business. Natacha is an advocate for the importance of mobility in the overall talent strategy of the organization and to that point spends her time coaching, educating and guiding HR and business leaders in the area of talent mobility.
Natacha has herself relocated both internationally and locally understanding at a personal level how an employee’s relocation experience is instrumental to the success of the employee and in turn the business.
