Sara Herbek is GIA’s Managing Partner and responsible for all legal service delivery. She along with her robust team of Attorneys and Paralegals represent multinational corporations in a wide range of industries. Her practice involves providing strategic immigration advice regarding the movement of professionals throughout the world, including temporary and permanent work visas. Sara and her team also work with clients to establish corporate immigration policies and procedures along with training and educating clients through webinars and presentations to Human Resources and Talent & Acquisition Teams to ensure immigration policies are applied consistently.
Sara graduated with honors from Northwestern University and received her JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

In Neetha's current role at Envoy as Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Manager, she manages the DW and BI team, handling the data warehousing and reporting needs internally and externally (for our customers).
Neetha graduated with a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University in 2011. Neetha has over eight years of experience in the Data Engineering and Data Sciences discipline and has published multiple papers in the field. In her most previous position held as a Principal Business Analytics Consultant, Neetha lead a team of Analytics consultants in design and development of analytics solutions for clients in several industries.
